About Nadia
Nadia started yoga in high school, which the science teacher taught - thank goodness it was considered a sport because there’s no way that she could control a hockey stick! Years later, she doesn’t believe that practising yoga means being able to pretzel your body into different shapes.
If you’ve never practised yoga before, Nadia is a beginner’s teacher at heart. This is the fourth round of Yoga for Absolute Beginners.
